Booking procedure
- Choose from our selection of hotels that meet your needs.
- Complete the booking form.
You will immediately receive an email with all details of your booking request. We will then check the availability with your chosen hotel.
- We confirm hotel availability within 24 hours.
This will be an email that will give full costs, details of the booking and when payment is due.
If the requested hotel is not available we will suggest alternative hotels for your consideration.
- Once availability is confirmed our cancellation policy will apply, and we will send you a hotel voucher (by email), which can be presented to the hotel when you check-in.
