How do I check-in at the hotel?
Simply present your hotel voucher to the hotel's reception staff. Since the hotel already has your booking on record, your email hotel voucher is not essential, but may be useful as verification and for contact information. If for any reason you should need a duplicate, please do not hesitate to contact us giving your booking reference number.
What time can I check-in and check-out?
Check-in time: from 14.00 p.m.
Check-out time: before 12.00 p.m. (midday)
What is the definition of room types?
Single room: has one single bed, and thus accommodate one person.
Double room: has one large bed, big enough for 2 persons.
Twin room: have two single beds for two people who don't want to share a bed.
Triple room: accommodate three people. A triple room is composed of either a large bed and one single, or three single beds.
